Nicole Dorrington
Child and Youth Psychologist (she/her)
Director of Homebase Therapy Collective Pty Ltd and PsychInMindNicole is a psychologist and Director of Homebase Therapy Collective, with over 16 years of experience in child and adolescent mental health.
As Director of Homebase, Nicole is committed to fostering a warm, reflective, and collaborative environment for independent clinicians. She is also the founder of PsychInMind, where she provides clinical work, supervision, and professional development.
Nicole supports children, young people, and their families, with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, emotional regulation, and family work.
Her work is informed by a neurodevelopmental and relational approach. Nicole’s style is warm, playful, and child-centred, with a strong emphasis on building meaningful connections and supporting holistic outcomes.
She works with children, young people, and families, with a particular interest in early childhood and supporting children up to 14 years. She collaborates closely with parents and other professionals to support meaningful and lasting change.

Emily Hahn
Dietitian & Eating Disorder Clinician (she/her)
Director of Alitus Health Nutrition TherapyEmily’s work as a dietitian is a celebration of bodies. She aims to hold, with deep gratitude and awe, the wisdom our bodies have to offer.
Emily believes that meeting with your dietitian should feel like therapy; a space to gently unpack and better understand your body, its symptoms, and how your current relationship with food influences these, so that you can begin to move through the world with greater peace, joy, and power.
Emily wants to be there to compassionately meet you wherever you currently are in your relationship with food and body, to journey together in the direction of your choosing, at a pace that honours your unique needs, strengths, preferences, and values.

Jessica Lim
Mental Health Occupational Therapist (she/her)
Director of Well Wise OTJess is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist (OT) and Yoga Teacher who uses an empathic, collaborative and strengths-based approach. She aims to inspire confidence and clarity in clients in order to live a full and purposeful life. Jess views wellness through a holistic lens and with an emphasis on balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Jess has specialised her OT skills and experience in mental health, neurodivergent, & neurological conditions whilst working across diverse populations and areas (metropolitan, regional, and rural) and public, private, not-for-profit sectors.

Jake Mulready
Psychologist (he/him)
Director of Jake Mulready PsychologyJake is an empathic psychologist with a deep passion for empowering others through therapy. His therapy prioritises building a warm, secure relationship with you to foster true safeness and understanding. This serves as the foundation to explore your psychology, build insight into yourself, and unravel the patterns you may find yourself in. As you come to understand and process the hidden patterns of your mind and behaviour, you can be empowered to act on the parts of you that seek fulfilment.
Jake has years of experience in both organisational and private roles delivering individual therapy. Jakes frequently works with depression, anxiety, attachment & relationship difficulties, grief, body image concerns, and complex trauma.
Jake has trained in multiple therapeutic frameworks to address these concerns (CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, compassion-focussed interventions, and psychodynamic principles). His approach is integrated and person-centred, fostering a safe and empathic relationship to enable meaningful change.

Josh Kelly
Psychologist & Clinical Psychology Registrar (he/him)
Director of Stasis PsychologyThroughout his career, Josh has worked with clients across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults, helping them navigate a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. His therapeutic style is characterised by warmth and authenticity, creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. Understanding that therapy can be a new and sometimes intimidating experience, Josh takes a client-led approach, allowing the process to unfold at a pace that feels right for each individual.
Passionate about fostering self-awareness and emotional understanding, Josh is committed to helping clients of all ages develop a deeper understanding of their emotional experiences. His academic background includes a thesis project on empathy, exploring how this critical element of the human experience can be measured and nurtured. Whether working with a child, a teenager, or an adult, Josh strives to ensure that every client feels heard, supported, and empowered in their journey toward personal growth and well-being.

Ruby Gerrish
Psychologist & Clinical Psychology Registrar (she/her)
Director of Ruby Jude PsychologyRuby is a psychologist and clinical psychology registrar who brings warmth, compassion, and curiosity to her work. She is passionate about supporting people through periods of change, uncertainty, and self-discovery, and aims to create a space where you feel supported and understood.
Ruby places a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship, which she believes is the foundation for meaningful insight and growth. Her approach explores how past experiences- often outside of our awareness- can shape present patterns in thinking, feeling, and relating. Through this process, she supports individuals to better understand themselves and make more intentional, fulfilling choices. While her work is primarily guided by psychodynamic ideas, Ruby also integrates other approaches such as ACT, EMDR, and DBT to support your unique needs.Alongside private practice, Ruby has experience in child and youth mental health, and community services with a trauma recovery focus. She commonly supports people managing difficulties with anxiety, emotional wellbeing, OCD, navigating relationship and identity concerns, and healing from trauma.

Georgia Darr
Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar (she/her)
Director of Nura PsychologyGeorgia’s practice is grounded in genuine care, openness, and a deep belief in people’s ability for growth and change. She endeavours to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering — a place where people can explore their experiences and create a life that feels meaningful and authentic to them.
Georgia has previously specialised in working with adults, adolescents, and children experiencing eating disorders, using evidence-based approaches including CBT-E, CBT-AR, and Family-Based Therapy. Through this work, she developed a passion for supporting individuals not only in their recovery, but also in rebuilding confidence, improving self-worth and body image, understanding perfectionism, and navigating the emotional challenges that come with being human. Georgia is also interested in supporting people with a range of other psychological concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and burnout.
Georgia deeply admires her clients for the courage it takes to engage in therapy, recognising the strength required to show up, be vulnerable, and do the often challenging work of self-reflection and growth. Georgia understands that mental health is a holistic experience, and she seeks to explore all aspects of her clients’ lives to form a more comprehensive understanding of their experiences and challenges.

Cleo Burke
Credentialed Eating Disorder Psycholgist & Educational and Developmental Psychologist
Director of Healing with CleoCleo takes a compassionate, client centred approach that supports clients to build a healthier relationship with food, their body, and themselves. Her work is informed by attachment theory and the Circle of Security framework, creating a warm, non judgemental space for growth and healing.
Taking a holistic view of wellbeing, Cleo recognises the connection between mental and physical health. As a registered Pilates instructor, she encourages body awareness and self care as part of overall wellbeing.
Using evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, Cleo helps clients develop practical strategies to overcome challenges and achieve lasting wellbeing.

Breanna Kelly
Clinical Psychologist (she/her)
Breanna is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults across the lifespan.
Breanna supports people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, and challenges in adjusting to life transitions.
Breanna provides evidence-based, compassionate care in a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental environment. She draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy-Enhanced (CBT-E), tailoring treatment to each person's individual goals and needs. Breanna is committed to helping clients improve their wellbeing, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

Jess Renkin
Clinical Psychologist (she/her)
Jess is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who holds a Master of Clinical Psychology.
Jess strives to create a warm, gentle, and non-judgemental therapeutic space. She highlights early on in the therapeutic process the importance of finding a psychologist who is the right fit for each client and has a passion for client-therapist collaboration.
Jess’ areas of interest include working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults (particularly autistic individuals and ADHDers). She also works with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, phobias, and adjustment difficulties. She is a trauma-informed, inclusive practitioner who shares progressive values. Jess enjoys working with a range of sexual health issues, is a sex-positive clinician and is supportive of diverse relationship structures and practices. She enjoys working with young people and adults in the LGBTQIA+ community.
Using a client-centered approach, Jess utilises a number of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parts Work-Informed Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour-Informed Therapy (DBT), Schema-Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
Jess will be practicing from Homebase Therapy Collective on Fridays from 21 August and is open to new referrals.
